I was so pleasantly surprised when testing these recipes again for Grow. I thought if you’ve had one warm turmeric-based drink that you’ve had them all… that’s certainly not the case. This one is crave-able, is great for when you’re feeling a twinge of lethargy, illness, or need a pick me up – it’ll (BMS) Revive you right back to life!
- 1 cup hot water, warmed coconut milk or milk of choice
- ⅓ lemon juiced
- ¼ tsp. turmeric
- ⅛ tsp. ginger powder
- pinch cayenne
- raw honey to taste
- Boil water, pour into a mug and let cool for five minutes. Add all other ingredients, stir well and enjoy. (You need to let the water cool so that you don’t denature the vitamin C in the lemon juice)
