This beautiful switch up to traditional hummus is a perfect place to start if you’re ready to break out of traditional chickpea-based dips! You can really use any cooked beans here or in most dip recipes but made with Adzuki beans, this one is a perfect compliment to the Winter Rollover Menu!
Adzuki-Miso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 fat clove garlic
- ½ cup / 125ml tahini
- ¼ cup / 60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. miso
- 2½ cups adzuki beans, cooked
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse the garlic until minced. Add the tahini, miso, and lemon juice. Pulse to blend.
- Add the beans and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning to suit you.
- Enjoy as a spread on the crepes, as a dip for the nishime, or spackled into the abundance bowl.
