What began as a happy accident, these activated oat cubes are a smoothie game changer! Activated oats (or nuts, grains, seeds, legumes…) have been soaked over night to help to break down some of the hard-to-digest compounds in these foods and allow their full potential to shine when we consume them!
By freezing activated oats in ice cube trays, you have a perfect nugget to pop into the blender to make your smoothies rich, creamy, frosty, and super filling!
