Strawberry Banana Tahini Smoothie

This simple sweet treat can easily be a go-to snack, not just for the BMS Revive menu, but anytime! Great for kids too. Try blending up and freezing for frozen treats in the summer!

Strawberry Banana Tahini Smoothie


  • 1 cup / 130g strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini or 3 Tbsp. Activated Nuts and Seeds
  • 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ -1 cup coconut / nut milk or water, as needed


  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Say thank you and enjoy.
