Strawberry Banana Tahini Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 130g strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp. tahini or 3 Tbsp. Activated Nuts and Seeds
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ -1 cup coconut / nut milk or water, as needed
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Say thank you and enjoy.
