Chris Wooding is one of the most incredible people I have ever met. His passion, dedication and commitment to the environment is beyond inspiring, and I come away from every conversation with him feeling a deeper sense of connectedness to the natural world, and an increased motivation to protect it. On his farm, Ironwood Organics, he and his partner Mary focus on soil first, growing organic heritage grains including wheat, rye, oats, and barley. Chris loves to share his knowledge and educate others about the relationship we have as humans with the environment, our food, health, sustainability, and resiliency.
