Mary Wooding is a longtime friend, farmer, and plant whisperer and in recent years, she moved her focus away from organic food farming to flowers. Under the name Twig & Fleur (which is French for flower), she grows flowers with the same organic principles and focus on sustainability that she used when growing organic veggies and cereal crops.
