Tis the season for tomato blight and a case of blossom end rot. Both common tomato ailments but still harvesting many beautiful tomatoes and will amend the soil for next year’s planting. This late in the season I’m super happy to support the plants in their fruiting and let nature take its course. Successions of lettuces are popping up for all my late summer / early fall munching needs — remember to plan ahead and keep planting the crops that will grow quickly so you get the most out of your garden!
