First week of July and my garden is offering food for all: creatures, critters, insects, etc. Though a slight annoyance sometimes, they are welcome here at the Britton buffet! Radishes are thriving — try roasting them or quick-pickling them to make the most of them. The cabbages are being chomped by something (and if they’re slugs, try setting out a cup of beer overnight) but again, I’m okay with some loss as it’s all a part of the process!
