I love taking time in the evening to decompress and show my skin some love. Step one (daily): remove the day. Step two (2-3 times a week): exfoliate, rinse, and pat dry. Step three (2-3 times a week): gua sha practice. Step four (daily): spot treatments. Step five (daily): moisturize. A couple tips: brush your teeth first as to not rinse / wipe off all your delicious oils, and swap your pillow cases every few nights! Enjoy giving yourself the gift of time and pampering that you so deserve.
