This smoothie is a perfect punch of nutrients in the winter. I know I say to avoid cold smoothies and foods in the colder months but this one makes it’s way into my life a few times during the winter but I always make sure to have a warm pot of tea close by to help by body in digesting and assimilating the nutrients. A great addition to the BMS Restore program, grab a glass and sip your way to balance!
Deep Blue C
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or blackberries
- ½ avocado
- juice of 1 orange
- handful of fresh mint leaves 15-ish
- juice of ½ freshly squeezed lemon
- ½ cup filtered water, up to 1 cup / 250ml if needed
- pinch fine sea salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy.
