Blueberry Blend Up Smoothie
Ingredients
Smoothie

frozen blueberries

frozen banana

frozen activated oat cube (or 2-3 ice cubes)

hemp seeds

scoop
sprouted pea protein powder

Tbsp.
lemon juice
1
tsp.
ground flax seed
pinch
sea salt
water / nut milk as needed to blend
Toppings
½
fresh banana
handful
frozen blueberries
handful
favourite granola
1
tbsp
shredded coconut
drizzle
almond butter
Directions
Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top as desired, say thank you and enjoy!

Serves 1 as a meal, 2 as a snack
