Blueberry Blend Up Smoothie
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 frozen activated oat cube (or 2-3 ice cubes)
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 scoop sprouted pea protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground flax seed
- pinch sea salt
- water / nut milk as needed to blend
Toppings
- ½ fresh banana
- handful frozen blueberries
- handful favourite granola
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- drizzle almond butter
Directions
- Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top as desired, say thank you and enjoy!
