Cherry-Vanilla Iced Cacao
Ingredients

cup
/ 60ml recently boiled water

Tbsp.
dried cherries
unsweetened / naturally-sweetened if possible

Tbsp.
cashew butter
1
Tbsp.
cacao powder
¼
tsp.
vanilla extract
pinch
salt

large
/ 80ml each ice cubes, or equivalent
Directions
Place hot water, cherries, cashew butter, cacao, vanilla and salt in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add the ice cubes, blend until smooth. Add water if necessary, taste and adjust flavours to suit you. Say thank you and enjoy!
