Hazelnut + Fig Iced Cacao
Ingredients

cup
/ 60ml recently boiled water
2
dried figs
1
Tbsp.
hazelnut butter
1 ½
Tbsp.
cacao powder
pinch
salt
pinch
cardamom
to taste
2
large
/ 80ml ice cubes
or equivalent
Directions
Place hot water, figs, hazelnut butter, cacao, salt, and cardamom in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add the ice cubes, blend until smooth. Add water if necessary, taste and adjust flavours to suit you. Say thank you and enjoy!
