Hazelnut + Fig Iced Cacao
Ingredients
- ¼ cup / 60ml recently boiled water
- 2 dried figs
- 1 Tbsp. hazelnut butter
- 1 ½ Tbsp. cacao powder
- pinch salt
- pinch cardamom to taste
- 2 large / 80ml ice cubes or equivalent
Directions
- Place hot water, figs, hazelnut butter, cacao, salt, and cardamom in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes, blend until smooth. Add water if necessary, taste and adjust flavours to suit you. Say thank you and enjoy!
