Sunflower Seed Butter

  • Preheat oven to 350°F / 165°C. Spread seeds out in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Set a timer for 10 minutes and stay close by to make sure they don't burn. Give them a stir at the 10 minute mark to ensure even toasting and keep toasting if they are not yet golden.
  • Set aside to let cool. Once cool to the touch add to the food processor and process 3-5 minutes or until completely smooth.
