Preheat oven to 350°F / 165°C. Spread seeds out in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Set a timer for 10 minutes and stay close by to make sure they don't burn. Give them a stir at the 10 minute mark to ensure even toasting and keep toasting if they are not yet golden.
Set aside to let cool. Once cool to the touch add to the food processor and process 3-5 minutes or until completely smooth.
