Blend for Shifting Depletion + Fatigue

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp dried nettle leaf
  • 2 Tbsp dried oatstraw
  • 2 Tbsp rosehips
  • 1 Tbsp dried elderberry

Directions

  • Mix all plants together and keep in a clean, dry, air-tight container away from heat and direct sunlight.
  • To enjoy: use 1 tsp per cup of tea, brew covered for 15 - 30 mins, or overnight, and sip throughout the day.
