Naturopathy: Sarah Mann

Sarah Mann is a fully qualified, Australian Naturopath trained in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Homeopathy and we’re so excited to welcome her expertise and passion to Grow!

She began her education at university, and was lucky enough to have a medicinal plant garden and grass roots herbalists as her first teachers. Sarah studied for 10 years, and still felt as though there was a missing part in her understanding of the plants and healing. She found her way to Anthroposophic Medicine, and completed post graduate training in Germany and Switzerland. It was there she felt she met the herbs truly for the first time, learnt Goethean science, patterns of growth, healing and illness, that deepened her understanding and connection with the plants. She continues to study Anthroposophic Medicine and the plants, and works with the herbs and people in her clinic daily.

Please check out Sarah’s website and offerings, including immersions, courses, and retreats and see below for some healing herbal tea blends that are wonderful to have on hand, to drink throughout the day, and even to give as gifts to your loved ones!
