Cherry Breakfast Sorbet
Ingredients
1
cup
/ 250ml full fat coconut milk
1
frozen banana
2
cups
/ 300g frozen pitted cherries
or fresh!
1 cup
/ 100g
frozen cauliflower florets
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
1 ½
Tbsp.
freshly squeezed lime juice
For garnish if desired:
chocolate granola
fresh cherries
coconut milk
Directions
In a blender combine the coconut milk, banana, cherries, cauliflower, vanilla, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
Immediately spoon into glasses or bowls, top with desired toppings (or leave it as is!)
Enjoy and rejoice!
