Ingredients

/ 130g frozen blueberries

/ 40g lightly packed spinach

frozen banana

ripe avocado

/ 25g rolled oats
soaked overnight

tsp.
ashwaganda
optional
1
cup
/ 250ml chamomile tea
steeped and cooled
1-2
Tbsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice
to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients together on high, taste and adjust flavours as desired. Take a deep breath, say thank you, and enjoy.
