Smooth Soother

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 130g frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup / 40g lightly packed spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup / 25g rolled oats soaked overnight
  • 1 tsp. ashwaganda optional
  • 1 cup / 250ml chamomile tea steeped and cooled
  • 1-2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together on high, taste and adjust flavours as desired. Take a deep breath, say thank you, and enjoy.
