Peachy Sea Buckthorn Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 dried apricots soaked overnight
  • ¼ cup / 30g hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup / 60ml sea buckthorn juice sub with 2 tsp. sea buckthorn powder
  • ¼ cup / 60ml plant-based milk or water
  • ¼ cup / 25g rolled oats soaked overnight
  • 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. freshly minced ginger
  • 2 tsp. maca
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • Drain and rinse oats and apricots. Place them in a blender with all other ingredients. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust flavours to suit your taste. Say thank you to all the outward energy and turn inward to enjoy!
