Ingredients

cups
plant-based milk of your choice

Tbsp.
hulled hemp seeds

+ tsp. spirulina
whatever you can handle

Tbsp.
freshly squeezed lime juice
1
ripe avocado
1
chopped
frozen pear
2
dates
pitted
handful fresh mint leaves
20-25 leaves
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Taste and adjust flavours to your liking. Say thank you for the nourishment and enjoy :)
