Simple Autumn Herbal Tea
Ingredients

g
fresh ginger root (organic if possible)
1
cinnamon stick
2
tsp.
fennel seeds
4
cups
/ 1L filtered water
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Add ginger, cinnamon, and fennel, reduce to a simmer on low, covered, for 20 mins.
Strain, serve, say thank you, and enjoy!
