Simple Autumn Herbal Tea

Looking for a super simple, herbal way to warm up? This recipe, a spiced-up, digestion-supporting infusion works wonders at heating the body up head to toe.

  • Cinnamon, unlike other digestive herbs, is best taken after a meal, to help stimulate the digestive system. It is warming in nature and very sweet.
  • Ginger strengthens digestion, improves circulation, and warms the body from the inside out. It is also antibacterial and supports our immunity.
  • Fennel is a powerful digestive aid, reducing bloating and gas. It helps to regulate appetite, and boost metabolism.
