Simple Autumn Herbal Tea
Ingredients
- 25 g fresh ginger root (organic if possible)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 4 cups / 1L filtered water
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, and fennel, reduce to a simmer on low, covered, for 20 mins.
- Strain, serve, say thank you, and enjoy!
