Sweet & Simple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cooked oats leftovers!
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • handful baby spinach
  • 2 leaves romaine
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder I like Four Sigmatic!
  • juice of ½ lemon

Directions

  • Blend it all up with enough water to suit your consistency preference, top with fresh fruit of your choosing, fresh mint, bee pollen, chia…whatever suits ya! Say thank you and enjoy.
