I was struck by the simplicity, the elegant, the delicacy, and the colour of these onions and I just had to share them with you. Something I, like many of us, use in my kitchen everyday, a staple really, onions are truly something to behold. Connecting to your food, the ingredients, the simple actions of our everyday is something to not take for granted and I am grateful for this beautiful reminder!
