This BMS Reset smoothie packs a green veggie punch! If you struggle getting multiple veggies in throughout your day, this is a perfect thing to carry on with post-reset. You can also have small glasses of it throughout the day if drinking a big ‘ol smoothie all at once isn’t your jam. This makes a great pick-me-up and gives your digestion a break by already being blended up!
Green Machine Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 romaine leaves chopped
- 4 kale leaves chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley springs chopped
- ½ cup pineapple fresh or frozen
- ½ cup mango fresh or frozen
- 1 inch ginger peeled and chopped
- ½ cup / 125 ml filtered water more if needed / desired
- juice of ½ a lemon more to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy right away or store extra in the fridge for up to 2 days, it's best fresh!

*If you’d like to make two smoothies throughout the week, pre-measure your ingredients for the second smoothie when you’re making the first so all you have to do next time is throw everything in the blender!
