Whenever I take them out to enjoy, I always take a few moments to watch them defrost on the counter, as the warm air hits them they frost over completely and take on another character. Examined close-up, there is an unexpected, abstract quality to them, and I knew I wanted to capture this fleeting moment of striking beauty.
