The deep pigment in this decadent drizzle comes from blue spirulina, but you can replace it with blue-green spirulina or chlorella, or leave it out completely! It’s a little sweet, a little savoury, and a whole lot of yum any which way.
Whip up a batch to taste, and if you like, simply scale up the ingredients to make more! It’s perfect on pancakes, waffles, with fruit, smoothies / smoothie bowls, on porridge, toast, lattes, on a spoon, etc…
