Beet Crystals

While cutting beets for a salad one day, I noticed that their facets were nearly as crisp and defined as a crystal. I started playing around and after a few minutes I had made the tastiest little cluster of crystals, too beautiful to eat. So I took a photo instead!

This crystal cluster was created without the use of adhesive or supports – just a lot of trial and error and the glory of balance! It was a fun challenge to make and a joy to photograph. I hope it finds a special place in your home.
