Avocado Salsa Boat
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 spring onions greens tops included
- handful cilantro
- 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. cold-pressed olive oil
- flaky sea salt to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
- Dice the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, spring onions, and chop the cilantro. Place in a bowl, and toss with the garlic, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt and cayenne. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Half and pit the avocados. Fill it with the salsa mixture, sprinkle with more flaky salt and cayenne if desired. Say thank you, and enjoy immediately.
