Avocado Salsa Boat

These cute little boats are delicious on their own or served with something like the Savoury Gazpacho Sipper if you’re diving into the BMS Renew collection.

Avocado Salsa Boat

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 spring onions greens tops included
  • handful cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp. cold-pressed olive oil
  • flaky sea salt to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

  • Dice the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, spring onions, and chop the cilantro. Place in a bowl, and toss with the garlic, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt and cayenne. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  • Half and pit the avocados. Fill it with the salsa mixture, sprinkle with more flaky salt and cayenne if desired. Say thank you, and enjoy immediately.
