Chili Oil Guacamole

With raw veggies, chips, or crackers, this dip makes an awesome snack, on sandwiches it’s a great spread, and as part of a meal it makes a luscious slather for roasted veggies, in abundance bowls, or with eggs!

Make sure to have a jar of chili oil on hand and you’re never far from a delicious dip!

Chili Oil Guacamole


  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 limes, juiced / or juice of 1 lemon, more to taste
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • flaky sea salt, to taste


  • Mash the avocados in a bowl with the lime juice and chili crisp. Season with salt and adjust accordingly!
