Tea with Niraj Lama

I had the extreme pleasure of interviewing Niraj Lama, a tea expert from Darjeeling, India who shares his knowledge and passion with me in this interview. Niraj, owner of Happy Earth Tea alongside his family, enlightens us on how to select the very best teas, what to look out for and what to avoid, if brewing temperature and steeping times *really* matter, and how we can get the most out of every leaf.
