Her deep love for nature’s bounty shines through in all she creates and dreams of empowering others to connect to their bodies and food in their everyday lives. Her recipes and ideas revolve around the seasons and work to bring balance, support, and simplicity to life, encouraging everyone to discover a whole new world of flavour and nourishment from their own kitchens.
All are welcome here and across My New Roots – we’re honoured to have you along for the journey. This is a space committed to connection, healing, empowerment, and individuality with respect to culture, tradition, and ideas that are not our own and we hope to continue learning and growing together to be a more inclusive, diverse, celebrated community around the table.
