Apricot + Almond Iced Cacao
Ingredients

cup
/ 60ml recently boiled water
3-4
dried apricots
unsulfured, if possible

Tbsp.
almond butter
1 ½
Tbsp.
cacao powder
pinch
salt
¼
tsp.
ground cinnamon
or more to taste

/ 80ml each ice cubes, or equivalent
Directions
Place hot water, apricots, almond butter, cacao, salt, and cinnamon in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add the ice cubes, blend until smooth. Add water if necessary, taste and adjust flavours to suit you. Say thank you and enjoy!
