Date + Tahini Iced Cacao

Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup / 60ml recently boiled water
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • pinch of salt
  • cayenne to taste (optional)
  • 2 large / 80 ml each ice cubes, or equivalent

Directions

  • Place hot water, dates, tahini, cacao, salt, and cayenne in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes, blend until smooth. Add water if necessary, taste and adjust flavours to suit you. Say thank you and enjoy!
