Cashew + Hemp Milk
Ingredients
⅓
cup
/ 50g cashews
pinch
fine sea salt
⅓
cup
/ 50g hulled hemp hearts
4
cups
/ 1L water,
filtered if possible
Optional Add-Ins:
dates
vanilla
salt
spirulina
cacao powder
Directions
Soak
cashews
in filtered water with a pinch of salt for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.
Drain and rinse
cashews
, add to a blender with the
hemp seeds
and water. Blend on high 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, shake before each use! Freeze any extra in ice cube trays for use in smoothies or at a later time.
