Pistachio Za’atar
Ingredients
½
cup
/ 75g pistachio kernels
roughly chopped
¼
cup
/ 35g unhulled sesame seeds
¼
cup
/ 20g sumac
2
Tbsp.
dried thyme
2
Tbsp.
dried oregano
1
tsp.
Aleppo pepper - optional
Directions
In a dry skillet over medium heat,
toast sesame seeds
until fragrant. Remove from heat and place in a jar.
Place remaining ingredients in the jar and give it a good shake. Store in a cool, dark place for up to one month. Say thank you and enjoy!
