Peel tangerines well, removing as much pith as possible (pith makes for a more bitter flavour). Divide the fruit into quarters, and place in a sealed container in the freezer overnight.
Once frozen, remove from the container and place in a food processor. Blend on high until they turn from dry and sandy texture, to a more smooth consistency.
As a last step, add the mixture to a high-speed blender and blend on high until completely smooth (if you don’t have a high speed blender, skip this step).
Pour the mixture into a container, and smooth out the top. Seal, and place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
To serve, scoop out the desired amount and garnish with a slice of tangerine. Say thank you and enjoy immediately.
