Chaga Tea Concentrate

Ingredients

  • 40 g dried chaga
  • 4 cups / 1L filtered water

Directions

  • Combine in a pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 hours (or longer! 12 hours is also great, but I do this over a fire).
  • Strain, reserving the grounds (place grounds in the freezer, use up to six times).
  • Enjoy the tea concentrate, by combining the desired amount with recently-boiled water. Store concentrate in the fridge for up to one week.

Makes 4 Servings (or more!)
For more or less concentrate use this ratio: 10 grams of dried chaga for each cup / 250ml of filtered water
