Super Creamy Hemp Milk
Ingredients
- scant 4 cups / 1 litre water
- ¾ cup / 100g Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
- Optional add-ins:
- sweetener stevia, dates, honey, maple syrup…
- vanilla
- sea salt or pink salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until smooth (this make take a couple minutes).
- Pour directly into a sterilized bottle and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
