Soak oats in filtered water and a splash of apple cider vinegar / lemon juice 8 hours or overnight! Drain and rinse.
Bring approx. 1 cup / 250 ml filtered water to a boil, add soaked and drained oats, and simmer covered about 10 minutes, until oats are tender.
Off the heat stir in the cacao powder, hemp seeds, drizzle of maple syrup, and flaky salt. Put in your favourite bowl, top to your heart's content, say thank you and enjoy!
