- 3 ½ cups / 665g adzuki beans
- 2 ½ cups / 540g millet
- 1 ¼ cup / 285ml tahini
- 1 cup + 3 Tbsp. / 300ml apple cider vinegar
- ⅔ cup / 160ml brown rice syrup
- 5 Tbsp. miso
